“Dusty” Wiederhold – Founder

Dusty Wiederhold developed real estate throughout the Southeast for more than 50 years.  His real estate career began in 1967 as Director of Construction and Development of Schauman & Company.  In 1972, Mr. Wiederhold opened his own company, which became WSB Retail Partners, LLC in 2014.  Dusty passed away in 2024 and is greatly missed.  His commitment to the development of high quality and profitable real estate continues to drive the team today.

Daniel Senden – Managing Principal

Daniel Senden joined WSB Retail Partners, LLC in 2014 as Managing Principal.  Daniel is a seasoned executive with 30 years of leadership history across the retail, residential and hospitality development landscapes.  A native of Atlanta, Daniel holds a BBA degree in Management from the University of North Georgia.  At WSB, Daniel oversees financial operations, development and partnerships.
