WSB Retail Partners, LLC (“WSB”) is a Charleston, SC based real estate development, property management, and leasing firm.  Founded by Dusty Wiederhold, WSB relies on innovative thinking, diligence, and industry know-how to create great places to shop and visit.  WSB regularly teams up with syndicated partnerships and institutional real estate investors to develop retail assets.  WSB is constantly looking for opportunities to create value for its owners, partners, lenders, tenants, and patrons.

 

Our Services

DEVELOPMENT – With decades of experience in-house, WSB is well versed on the challenges of developing retail shopping centers in today’s regulatory environment. WSB  offers its development services through partnerships, joint ventures, and fee developments.

LEASING – WSB works closely with its commercial real estate partners to establish a strong tenant presence in each project.  Currently, WSB does not offer third party leasing brokerage services.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – WSB manages the day-to-day operations of its retail assets during the development/redevelopment process.

INVESTMENT – WSB is constantly looking for retail investment partners for future projects.
