“Dusty” Wiederhold – Founding Principal
Dusty Wiederhold has been developing real estate throughout the Southeast for four decades. His real estate career began in 1967 as Director of Construction and Development of Schauman & Company. In 1972, Mr. Wiederhold opened his own company, which became WSB Retail Partners, LLC in 2014. He is committed to the development of high quality and financially profitable real estate. Dusty employs his extensive industry network and experiences to develop new business for WSB.
Daniel Senden – Managing Principal
Daniel Senden joined WSB Retail Partners, LLC in 2014 as Managing Principal. Daniel is a seasoned executive with 18 years of experience in luxury resorts and large upscale city center hotels. His expertise is managing retail and hospitality developments including renovations and ground up construction. A native of Atlanta, Daniel holds BBA degree in Management from the University of North Georgia. At WSB, Daniel oversees financial operations, development and partnerships.
