Fort Mill Square is a 5.3 acre grocery-anchored retail redevelopment in Fort Mill, SC.  The former 50,000 SF shopping center was largely vacant and partially condemned when acquired by WSB Retail Partners, LLC.  WSB plans to replace the old shopping center with a 42,000 SF Walmart Neighborhood Market grocery store.  In addition, WSB will construct a 7,200 SF retail building on Sanders Street.  The project is expected to be complete and open for business in the Spring of 2016.
