WSB Retail Partners, LLC predecessor, Sunbelt Ventures, LLC, teamed up with Westport Capital Partners, LLC, a large real estate investment firm, to acquire and redevelop Marketfair Mall.  At the time of acquisition, Marketfair was a 250,000 SF mall and shopping center anchored by Gander Mountain, HH Gregg, and Carmike Cinemas.  WSB provided all property management and redevelopment services from project origination to completion.  Extensive site and building improvements transformed the former mall into an upscale retail, dining, and theater complex, now anchored by Gander Outdoors, Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park, AMC Theaters, and Planet Fitness.
