WSB Retail Partners, LLC predecessor, Sunbelt Ventures, LLC (“Sunbelt”), acquired Pawleys Island Plaza in July of 2012.  At the time of purchase, Pawleys Island Plaza was largely vacant and in poor condition.  In 2013, Sunbelt procured a lease for a 45,600 SF Publix Supermarket to anchor the project.  The redeveloped shopping center opened for business in March of 2015.  Pawleys Island Plaza consists of 120,272 SF leased by Publix Supermarket, Tuesday Morning, and various national and local small shop and restaurant tenants.
